My name is Aj, I am 23 and live in Strathmore, Alberta. I was born and raised in Calgary, but moved away to go to school. I moved to Strathmore to get married. I love it here, its small enough to feel safe, but close enough to Calgary so that you dont feel isolated. My son was born on October 27th, 2007, 1 day before his due date. My water broke at 9am, the drive to Calgary was horrible. My contractions were 2-3 minutes apart, 90 seconds a piece from the minute my water broke. When I arrived at the hospital I was 4 cm, I was at 6cm within 50 minutes and recieved and epidural for what the nurses called "crazy" contractions. I was in labour for 9 1/2 hours and after some decelerations in his heart rate they had to use a vacuum to help him out at 6:35 pm. Seeing him for the first time was the happiest moment of my life. My sons name is Lane Michael Troy and he is the joy of his father and my life. I am a stay at home mom and love it. We are thinking about having another child, my hubby more then I. Maybe in a few years. I love baby-gaga and it was a great support though my pregnancy. PM me for any reason i love to chat

OMG! I haven't been on in so long and most of the people I remember have already had their babies. Congratulations! He's a little cutie!
