July 28, 2011-First OBGYN appointment confirming pregnancy. 4w6d
July 29, 2011-Light spotting. E.R visit to rule out miscarriage. Doctors see a sac..no detectable heartbeat yet.
August 1, 2011-OBGYN appt. for comparative blood work. Doctor reassures that light spotting is normal.
August 2, 2011-Lab results confirm that HCG levels have more than doubled. Sticky baby!
August 15, 2011-Sonogram reveals a heartbeat at 177 bpm. Looking good.
September 12, 2011-Ultrascreen test done. 11w3d.
October 13, 2011- Alpha fetaprotein test done. 15w5d.
October 14, 2011-comparative blood work reveals that chances of Down Syndrome or other brain related birth defects is 1 in over 10,000.
October 22, 2011-3D sonogram performed....looks like a boy. 17w1d
November 2, 2011-Anatomy scan completed. It's a boy

December 5, 2011-glucose test scheduled. Baby sounds and looks strong.
December 14, 2011-went in for UTI symptoms. Had a last minute sono performed. Still a boy. 24w5d
December 28, 2011-glucose performed. 26w4d
January 14, 2012-3D sono performed. Baby does not like mommy

January 24, 2012-Doctor started scheduling appointments for every two weeks. Says everything looks terrific. I do not have G.D. He wants one more sonogram in two weeks. 30w4d.
February 6, 2012-Giants won the super bowl last ni...oh! Yes...baby weighs 3 lbs 6 ounces. Doctor says this is great and normal, but mommy still thinks the baby is too tiny.
February 8, 2012-Rush to the hospital after hours of no fetal movement. Monitor shows a strong heart rate and contractions. Nurse rules out preterm labor and I go home. This scan reveals baby is 3 lbs 10 ounces.
February 20, 2012-Went for an appointment. Heartbeat is strong.....sonogram at next appointment to measure growth.
March 5, 2012-Adam is diagnosed with IUGR. Doctor wants me in for bi weekly fetal heart monitoring.
ADAM is here and healthy!
