First off, My name is Alison. I am 21 years old. I have finally started my family. In September, I adopted a beautiful baby girl. She is absolutely amazing. On April 7th, I found out I am pregnant. This is a complete shocker to me as I have had issues getting pregnant. Also, I have more of an issue carrying. We are taking special precautions with this pregnancy. I am what my doctor classifies as a class 4 high-risk, which is the highest it goes. I don't know if any other doctors use this classification system so yeah.
My daughter's name is Amelia. She is the highlight of my life. She was a 25-weeker, and her birth mother could not handle what that entailed, so I adopted her. Seeing her now, she is still young for her age, but she is definitely thriving. She weighs over 12lbs now.
I am financially set, so I do not need to work for a few years. I just recently purchased a new 5 bedroom house. I also purchased a new Dodge Journey. I am very excited about all the changes I have made in my life in the past few months, and I would not change any of it.
I graduated from Whitney M Young Job Corps Center, in Simpsonville, KY on January 26, 2012. To my surprise, which I did not find out until they called my name at graduation, I was Valedictorian. In 4 short months at the school, I received my Clinical Medical Assisting Certification, as well as my Phlebotomy Technician Certification.
Pics of it all are soon to follow.
