My beautiful little boy Jacob John was born on the 24th January 2012. He was induced at 36+4 as it appeared he wasn't growing at the normal rate. he was born healthy and weighed 5 pounds 1. We have been back and forth from hospital for various reasons but he seems to be doing well now. I am a very proud mummy.
