Lily Grace Forquer arrived 5/31/10 weighing 5 lbs 6 oz

I have been married to Adam since June 4, 2005. We had our first child, a girl, on May 31, 2010. I work at the University of Iowa Hospital as a medical transcriptionist, which basically means the doctors dictate on a recorder to me and I type what they say into the clinic notes. I love it (except when they have funky accents and/or mumble) because I get to learn a lot of medical stuff I wouldn't have known otherwise. I work with the residents and I like that better because they are closer to my age and I don't feel as intimidated around them as I do "full-fledged" doctors. Although I am starting to feel old as the new residents are starting to be younger than me. LOL
