My boyfriend and I had out first LO August 30th, 2012(a week late) and couldn't be happier.

My dh is Chinese too (I saw you post in a bilingual thread) and was wondering how are you going to go about raising your baby to speak both? Dh's family (aside from a couple cousins) speaks only Mandarin/Wu Chinese while my family only speaks English. I am worried because dh has already agreed to speak to the baby in English but MIL wants to take the baby when they are older to Shanghai to meet dh's family.
