I'm Shannon. 23 years old. Married to my wonderful husband James since September 2007. Started trying to conceive in June 2011. Expecting our first child December 19, 2012.

I hope to use this website to find a close friend or two going through their first pregnancy along with me, with close due dates!

I'm kind of a shy person, same with my husband. We love music, television, movies, reading, etc. We spend a lot of time together. He works part time and also is in the military. I work from home. We are very responsible and budget conscious. We bought a house (fully payed off!) September 2010. We're friendly, kind, and true friends.

I have struggled with weight a lot in my life, and recently lost almost 50 pounds while trying to conceive. I hope to have a healthy pregnancy that I don't gain too much unneccessary weight. I also struggle with high blood pressure.
