My name is Melissa I am 18 andI have A BEAUTIFUL son, he just turned one on August 1st. It seems like the first year just flew.
When he was born he weighed 6lbs 14oz at his last appointment he was 20lbs 11oz
At birth he was 19 1/2 inches long at his last appointment he was 28 inches,
My son is the most beautiful person I've ever met, he's taught me so much. He taught me what it really means to love someone and to have them love me back unconditionally. Everyday he blesses me with a smile and a giggle and he just makes my heart so warm. He walks now and has 6 teeth he's starting to dance which is ADORABLE.Being his mother is such a blessing and even though I am young I wouldn't change it for the world.
I am with the love of my life Jonathan we've been together over 2 years and I have loved him since the moment I saw him (I knew him well before we ever met face to face) The first time I saw him I thought to myself I'm going to have this mans babies. We got together o713o6 and have been inseperable ever since. I love him more and more everyday. Even though we've had our problems I know that we'll make it through because we love eachother so much and Riley is an expression of our love.
Jonathan, Riley and I live together in a cute little 2 bedroom townhouse in Oregon. We make our own way in life and for a young couple with a baby I think we do pretty good. A lot of people tend to give teen mothers a stereo type of expecting the state and thier parentsto pay their way and I am determined to make sure I don't fall under that stereo type.
