So i just made 24 weeks friday. I have a really big delimma seeing that just the day before i was in the hospital the day before for what i thought were really bad cramps and lower back pain. i sat hooked up to a monitor for about 8 1/2 hours because i was having braxton hicks contractions / or false labor and we couldnt figure out why this is not my first pregnancy but this is the first time this has ever happen and i am a bit concerned. the baby is ok and after a few hours the contractions stopped but how do you relax and not stress or over think situations like this. I am a single working parent and cant afford to stress myself into early labor
