Hello! My name isKelly, im 25 years old. I recently married my best friend and my rock. His name is Robert and together we have a 2 year old son named Tyler. Tyler came into this world on July 31st 2007 after 22 hrs of labor and 2 hrs of pushing. The day my life changed forever! July 30th i woke at 3am cause i had to use the restroom. I felt a small gush as soon as i stood up. My first reaction was "oh my did i just pee myself!!" I went to the bathroom where there was another gush and i knew for sure it was my water. I went and woke Robert and told him my water broke and he said "where?" LOL i was like in the bathroom it doesnt matter haha. So we got my bag and called my mom. ( i tested positive for group b strep so was told to go as soon as my water broke so i could get hooked up for antibiotics) We picked my mom up on the way and went to the hospital. Labor proggresed slowly so i was given pitocin. Tylers heartrate dropped twice to the point where the monitors were beeping the nurses came rushing in and they kicked everyone out of the room. After being turned on my side and having that awful oxygen mask on as well as lowering the pitocin his heart rate went back to normal. Scariest thing i experienced, and altho it was frightening i consider myself lucky knowing all the things that could have gone wrong but didnt. Soooo after 22 hrs of labor and 2 hrs of pushing at 1:55 am july 31st 2007 Tyler Alexander came into the world. He is gonna be 3 this july i cant believe it! My husband and I are TTC our second currently. Its only been a short time however we are expierincing some difficulties. Altho I know it can take healthy couples up to a year to concieve i do not have normal peoriods. I am lucky if i ovulate every 3 months.
