My story:
My name is Mary-Kay. NO, NOT MARY-KATE. NO, I wasn't named after the make-up. Yes, it's hilarious or weird or WHATEVER. The only people who can get away with calling me Mary are my grandma, my boyfriend, and Beth. It's a Southern thing, what can I say?
I was diagnosed with a blighted ovum on Friday, June 13th 2008. I have been fortunate enough to conceive a 2nd child, due in April of 2009! I'm intelligent but stubborn, and I'm not afraid to tell you you are acting retarded. I'm in college in Georgia to become a Special Education Pre-K teacher, though hopefully in December 2008 I'll be moving to North Carolina to get away from my crazy-ass family and be with my boyfriend and his family. People tell me I'm pretty and I don't believe them. I am pro-choice and don't even TRY to debate politics with me, unless you have 8 hours and a crap-ton of tangible facts to back your point up because I have an hard drive full of mine. My daddy is better than your daddy. I'm Jewish by heritage, Atheist by choice and damn proud. Zombie Jesus will eat your soul!  !

Yes, I know how scared I was going in to my first ultrasound this time around! When she started it I didnt see anything at first, and started to silently freak lol, but then she asked me to scoot down and there my bean was! Then she turned all the colors on and showed me the tiny heart beating up and down sooo sweet, and I could see all the blood flo and was able to hear the heartbeat. I am soo excited for this little one. I want a girl but I really dont care in a way. I cant believe I am already almost 9 weeks, I found out at 3wk4d, so I just want the 1st trimester to be over with lol. My next appointment is on the 26th, and they have to be able to hear the heartbeat on the outside with that one, I ordered one of those dopplers from www.hibebe.com I am waiting for it to arrive!
