I know what you mean--I am so ready to have my baby too! My last cervical exam showed me at 0.5 cmdilated and 75% effaced. I'm due for my next exam on Wednesday and I sure hope I've made some progress. I've been having lots of BH contractions and cramps. I'm just excited that my baby girl is officially 'full term' as of today. We have scheduled labor induction for May 7th, but I hope she might come even sooner because she's measuring closer to May 5th.
