Hello! I am married, and have been forthree years. My husband is in the Air Force. We have a wonderful little boy named Daniel. He was born on January 3rd 2008. He is a joy and a blessing. We also have a great little girl named Katelynn. She was born October 12th 2009. We are now living in Grand Forks North Dakota. It is very different from what we are used too. We are both born and bred Texans. I would love to chat with anyone and everyone so just drop me a line!!

Not a survivor. . . I have had RA since i was three. I have it in every joint from my jaws to my toes, and i have it severley. i am currently struggling though another bad flare. If you have any questions about RA please let me know. I have had it for going on 19 years. I should have my degree in it by now. lol


I am hoping to be a surrogate mom for my DH's aunt one day. (this was the only blinkie i could find) she had to have a hysterectomy at 17due to medical reasons. she is 34 now and finally on the mend from her various health problems. she and her husband are still considering it as my DH and I are. I am hoping i can make her dream for babies to come true.


As this blinkie says I am big on Shaken Baby Syndrome Awareness. My god daughter was shaken by the baby sitter. she had a fractured skull, partial paralysis, and was almost blind and deaf in her left ear and eye because of blood and brain swelling. She was shaken, thrown across the room 7-10 feet into the side of a car seat, picked up punched with a closed fist 3 times, slapped with an open hand 4 times, shaken again, dropped on her head, then left on the kitchen table. The only way she survived was that the babysitters husband came home and found her and took her to the hospital. (the way we know all of this is that the babysitter confessed, she is now sentenced to 30 years in prison without parole for attempted murder of a child) Audrie is one now. She can walk but will never be able to run. She has to drink through a G-Button and probably will for another year. She can see and sorta of hear now. Her skull is fully healed. Please don't ever shake a baby. If you feel upset just walk away and collect yourself for a bit. And be very cautious of who you leave your children with. We had known this woman for three years and she snapped. Please be aware and spread the awareness

UPDATE ON AUDRIE:
The babysitter appealed. She has her final court date in June. She plead guilty, learned that she wouldn't get parole, and then turned around and plead Not guilty  . She is evil. The family is very ready for it to be over. Addie is a wonder-walker now. She is doing well in speech therapy, has regained 95% of her hearing. She recently got the g-button out. So she is doing VERY well. We are all very proud of her. Again. Please don't ever shake a child.
