I, obviously, am a hippie and an army wife and a mother, and I announce that loud and clear because it is the only way to give me some sort of label... in other words, I don't fit in. To be honest, I don't like to.
My hubster is home from Iraq and times are tough, but we love each other a lot! That's how our beautiful Owen happened. Sure, we weren't really fully matured or financially stable, and still can't claim either as a characteristic, but we're making quick progress. That boy is my world!
I am an immigrant from England and although I have a green card, ssn, and have mothered an American child, I still can't vote, which pisses me off. I have lived in the US since 2000, graduated from a Colorado Springs high school in 2004, did a little college in CO and now am studying online to become an elementary school teacher and am LOVING it!
