Im also considered a single mother. I do not agree with that terminology because I have plenty of help and support from every person in my family. Id rather redirect it as my daughter has an absent father.
Igot pregnant at the beginning of my senior year. After having many complications with my pregnancy I wasput on bedrest and homeschooled, but that didnt stopme from waddling across thestage May'08 and receiving my diploma.
Giving birth in June and becoming comfortable with starting the 'working mom roll' I am now attending college and in 2+ years I will become a Neonatal Nurse.
I thank her for every little move she makes. She's moved me to take all the right steps in life without even taking her 1st steps.
