I've been married since October 20,2007.My husband and I found out we are expecting our first little princess on September 24th. I can't believe I only have 4 more weeks left! When I found out I was pregnant I was only 5 weeks along, and I was sure it was going to be the longest 9 months of my life. It has flown! Feel free to message me or parent-tank me. I'm always up for a friendly chat.
Olivia Jean Our little princess is due September 24th. Currently I have nothing ready for her. I think I'm still in disbelief that I'm pregnant...is that normal?? ButI did manage to purchase her coming home from the hospital outfit! Its so adorable and feminine and the cutest little cap to match. All pale pink and a creamy white. I think her signature color is going to be pink.
Good to hear your shower went well. And yeah my doctor scheduled a c-section for September 17th, but that doesnt mean that they may not come earlier. The 17th is pretty much the lates that I will go, but I have a feeling it may happen earlier, but I guess we'll see; its only 3 more weeks and the longer they stay the better its just uncomfortable for me but if they do last anoter 3 weeks that is good for them.
Yeah, I'll take a few pictures this weekend. Our nursery is pretty much all green and lavender and it's like everyones favorite room in the house. It just looks sooooo joyful and cute. I still need to get some extra stuff like wall hanging etc. because it looks a little empty without it. My husband likes the nursery so much that he said he wants to sleep in it...lol...it makes me laugh.
Other than that I feel pretty tired to do anything anymore so whatever I am missing or whatever I need I will just get after babies are born...I have no more strenghth to walk around the store...and believe me I am a HUGE CONTROL FREAK....but at this point I am not going to overwork myself....whatever I have is organized and I'll just leave it that way...
BTW I love that bassinet you're getting....we are going to have our babies sleep in a crib; we put one in our bedroom already....too bad that they dont have bigger ones for twins...but at least we will get them used to sleeping in the crib together for the first couple of months.
Enjoy the long weekend and rest as much possible; that's what I'll be doing ))
