My name is Ashley I am 22years old, I am due with my first baby June 28. It is a baby girl. I will be delivering at Johnston Willis Hospital in Midlothian Va. This baby is a blessing to both my husband and myself. I was diagnosed with an overactive thyroid disease as a kid and was told that conception would be difficult, not impossible, but difficult. My husband was in a terrible accident with Nitro-Methane and was burned from head to toe
about 4 years ago. Doctors had told him that since his body temperature had gotten so high, that his sperm woul have all died off and the chance of having children may never happen. From the time I was old enough for a baby doll I have wanted to be a mother...Chris and I had discussed on many different occasions the unlikely hood of us being able to conceive our own but were set on still making a family either by adoption or fertilization methods. However at 22 and 24 we were not "ready" to start trying so just to eradicate any possibility of the "chance" of an unplanned pregnancy I was on the contraceptive NUVA-RING welllllll don't count on it haha and tell your friends and family who may be using it that either I am that .5% or that possibly it just doesnt work that great. I guess what it all boils down to is.....**God has a plan for each of us** We can't wait for our little miracle. Emily will be welcomed into such a spoiled and loving family. She will be the first girl...with 5 boy cousins awaiting her.
