Hey...I just saw your comment (question) and I don't actually know any good books for homemade baby foods. I got some ideas off of the internet, but I didn't have any books. I did a lot of mashed banana and avacado. Healthy and easy! Plus, when they'reso young that you have to puree everything...they're still on breastmilk and so you don't have to worry so much about how much solids they're getting because they get everything they need from your milk. So the solids at this point (6-10 or 11 months) are mainly for practice and fun. After that, they begin chewing better, weaning a little from breastmilk and taking in more solids. (All this, and I'm assuming you're gonna breastfeed for 12 months or so...sorry if I'm assuming wrong!)
