this is my fourth Pregnancy; I have no living children. I lost my first daughterin April 11, 2007; I was 21 wks and 6 days pregnant. Her name is Samantha Marie. She died during the delivery because of the umbilical cord. My next daughter wasborn on Dec 14, 2007, I was 22 wks and 4 days pregnant. Her name is Gabriella Eva - Marie. She lived for 2 1/2 hrs, but was too small for the dr's to do anything. She slowly stopped breathing and her heart slowed. Both my girls are in heaven with my Grandparents looking down on me and on this pregnancy. This time I had to get a stitch to keep my cervix from opening prematuraly.I am currently on bed rest till Oct 22, one month before my due date. They will be removing the stitch at 36 wks and I will be taken of strict bed rest and put on moderate bed rest. Very exciting!! So far everything is going very well in this pregnancy.




update to my pregnancy:
ok, so my BD is still elevated and I got a waring from the Dr about preeclampsia. I am still on LOvenox for blood clots, the 17p seem to be doing their thing for preventing preterm labor,
Today i was told i failed the GD test and need to start doing the blood monetering at home YUCK! goodness, more needles. Anyway hopefully my numbers will be ok,  

We opened the envelope on Wednesday August, 20, 2008!

Home from the Hosp now two days, a wk since contractions started and thank God no contractions all wk! So the meds they gave me worked and we are trying to keep her in as long as we can. I am still on sttict bed rest, but at least now I am 33 wks and 4 days! However, she can come any day now. God willing she will wait at least another wk or two, that way she does not have to be in the Nic unit at all! Not sure now if they are going to take out the stitch at 35wks as a precaution because of the preterm labor, or still at 36wks. They said if I go into labor again this time they will not stop it. I am on meds till wk 34. Only a few more days. Ok I will keep u guys posted !

Well, I'm glad they're not worried and theres just a couple more weeks to go! You can make it! Just think...all this bedrest will be over soon and you'll have a little pink bundle of joy to remind you how worth it it all is!

I'm glad you didn't dilate though! Well...i must feed the dog...he just brought his empty bowl and sat down on my lap with it, haha.
