Well i have been on this site for a week er two and i have posted some stuff but no one ever replys? I dont really get it?

11 weeks 5 days pregnant
this will be my third I have 1 son who is almost 7 and a little girl who is 4 1/2 as she would tell you.

This pregnancy was a bit of a surprise since my bf had a vesectomy 2 years ago!
We recently found out he may have cancer on top of his failing liver...
Its a lot of stress and i could use some support.. I have my fam but we all know they always "just" want to help..
