I'm 24, married to my Soldier for a little over two years. He got back from Iraq in October 2007 and we got pregnant in less than six months. I am hoping and praying he doesn't have to deploy again any time soon. We live in the desert of Washington State, not on the coast where it rains. We're expecting our first child and couldn't be happier!

Our Pregnancy Timeline:
April 26, 2008 - (2) Positive Home Pregnancy tests
April 27, 2008 - Told my Parents
April 28, 2008 - Confirmed at my Family Doctor's Office
May 13, 2008 - Our first prenatal visit and ultrasound. Got to see Peanut and hear the heartbeat! Due Date confirmed: Dec 15th, 2008. Then we told the world.  
June 10, 2008 - Second prenantal visit. Got to hear the heartbeat on the doppler. Hubby got to hear it for the first time! Approx 164 bpm.
July 15, 2008 - 18 week Ultrasound. IT'S A GIRL!! She looks perfectly healthy. Daddy was shocked, but excited. Hb in the high 150's
August 12th, 2008- 22 week prenatal visit. HB still strong at 150. Starting to feel her move around a lot.  
September 9th, 2008- 26 week appointment. Strong HB is high 140's. OK'ed to fly to Hawaii tomorrow!!
October 2nd, 2008 - 29 week appointment. Got an ultrasound. VERY strong heartbeat. We got to see little miss on the 3D even though she was trying to cover her face. She'd got chubby little cheeks already! Estimate of weight was 3 lbs. 4 oz. Mommy OK'ed to fly to Atlanta next week.
October 13th, 2008 - 31 weeks. I have stretch marks. They are tiny and basically just red marks, but I know it's just the start. Sad day.
October 23rd, 2008 - 32 week appointment.
November 1st & 2nd - BABY SHOWERS!!  

Which song is it? the Fett's vett song? that would be my husband's doing. He's a big fan of MC Chris and he is an awesome nerdy rapper. Makes me laugh and want to dance every time I hear it. I'm random too so its ok, yeah WA mommies! Knowing me I'll be stuck with this til my due date and get so tired of waiting that I'll throw my birthing plan out the window lol. We'll see.
