Hi my name is April and this is my first child I am so happy  to be a mother now.  I went through quite a bit to have her I had to have a cergical cerclage to keep her from being born to early but with prayer and a loving family she was born on March 12, 2007 she was sewed up in me for so long that she did not want to come out early or on time
