Soo, I knew it was inevitable. The old saying that you heard back in sex ed class "What do you call couples that use the pull out method? ...Parents!" is totally true. My husband and I have been together for five years now, and in Decembuary-ish, the two of us will become three.
We're both a little scared, [although he's more afraid of me when I go on my hormonal rampages] but very excited. This little miracle [which is what I lovingly call pregnancy as my face is buried in the toilet bowl] was not planned, nor expected but is very very welcome. My husband [aka Love of My Life, aka Snore Factory, aka STUPIDJERKFACE] has been very supportive, and really kinda cute about this whole thing. My family is absolutely ecstatic [now I don't have to listen to.. "Soooo.. when are you guys gonna start a family? When you getting married? Are you going to have kids? Isn't it about time??"] and is incredibly supportive as well. Originally, I thought I was going to be due in late December with a Christmas baby, but after I went to the doctor, they told me I wasn't nearly that far along, so January 9th became the official date.. then I lost my insurance, so I had to go to a clinic just to make sure everything was okay. They told me that my due date was December 27th! So I dunno.. I just say Decembuary.
Thank god for BabyGaga.. I think without this site, either I would be going crazy, or my hubby would be happily living in the storage unit by now. You ladies are great. <3

May 20th: 1st doctor's appointment
It's officially official. I am pregnant! 6 weeks, 5 days even though I thought I was around 8 weeks or so.. I get to see the first pictures of my little seamonkey via dildo cam.. and the heartbeat. <3 <3 <3 It's really sunk in now. We're going to be parents. Our lives have changed as we know it.

July 21st: 2nd doctor's appointment
Had to go to a new doctor because of insurance reasons.. The new place said I'm measuring 17 weeks 3 days. HA! So my calculations WERE right! Changed the due date.. Wow. That puts me two weeks closer. Scaaaaary!

August 13th: Gender/3D ultrasound
Insurance hasn't kicked in yet.. coming soon! But I couldn't wait to see my little love, so I went to have an ultrasound done. I'm having a daughter! I seriously can't remember the last time I was this happy in my life.. my cheeks hurt.. I can't stop smiling! <3
