Hi ladies, I'm Kristin and I am 22. I gave birth to my first child, Harlow Elizabeth, on January 5, 2009 at 4:50 P.M. after 11 hours of labor. She weighed 7 pounds 8 ounces, was 18 1/2 inches long, and perfect! She makes me and my husband feel so lucky and blessed. It's amazing that you can love someone so much and that someone so small can make such an impact on your life. Everyone tells you this but you will never know until you're in the position yourself! Motherhood is great and I look forward to the journey ahead! I want to wish everyone the best of luck and congratulate all of you on your little blessings!

Everyday this little girl amazes me with her smile, giggles, and curiosity about life. She makes being a mom easy and fun.


10 Things You Would Probably be Surprised to Know About Me:
1.) In high school I was both Varsity head cheerleader and on the varsity powerlifting team.
2.) When I was pregnant I was hoping for a boy but would now be perfectly happy having all girls.
3.) I love watching Spike tv and reading Maxim magazine.
4.) I love the idea of being the kind of SAHM/ housewife you see on 'Leave It to Beaver' but I am waaay to lazy!
5.) Gilmore Girls and One Tree Hill are my all time favorite shows.
6.) I LOVE to read, The Twilight Saga being on the top of my list.
7.) I am half Hispanic and half redneck Lol.
8.) I am a history buff! (I watch the history channel and am majoring in history).
9.) I love to eat and the only foods I don't like are mushrooms and onions (except onion rings, i love those).
10.) I am very sentimental. I take pictures of everything and keep everything! (yes, even the band-aids from the first set of shots Harlow got).

Me and Michael met in high school. He was on the varsity football team and I was on the varsity cheerleading squad. We have been together for almost five years and married for 10 months. He is now a United States Border Patrol Agent and I couldn't be more proud of him! I love him sooo much and he works so hard so that he can provide me and Lo a great life.

Yeah I have found a couple things I plan to get Matty. I don't want to get too carried away because I know the MIL will buy out the toy aisle at Target plus my parents and my brothers will spoil his little butt rotten! lol Not to mention a couple weeks after Christmas it is birthday time. I can't believe how fast it is all going. We were just told this morning they will begin letting us know the week of October 5th about our job status due to that restructuring I was telling you about a while back. And then I think by Christmas those of us that get let go will be unemployed. Merry Christmas! lol Matthew is doing awesome. Back to sleeping through the night and just being a little goofball. His new favorite thing to do is see how lour and high pitched he can scream. I swear he could communicate with dolphins! lol
