Aloha! My name is Crystal and I'm 25. I got my very first BFP on May 7th, 2008, but sadly that pregnancy ended only 6 1/2 weeks deep while DH and I were celebrating our 6 year wedding anniversary in Mexico.This was Memorial weekend. The doctor said it was an early miscarriage and I did not require d&c because my body naturally bled out all of the tissue. Today (5/31) seems to be the first day I am not bleeding or even spotting, which is nice. I hope this means my m/c is officially over.

The doctor told me on Wednesday (5/28/0  to expect AF in about 6 weeks, after which I can start trying again. That puts me around July 1st, which feels like forever away. He warned me not to get impatient and try before that to prevent a pregnancy which is difficult to date & track. I was told no sex for a week or 2.   So that's my story. DH and I are crushed but will not give up hope. We will start trying again as soon as the doctor gives the green light.

I hope I get PG again soon! Those were the happiest 6 weeks of my life and it's hard to come to grips with the fact that I'm not expecting anymore.

I work as a fitness trainer here in San Diego, Ca and I also write freelance and teach surfing on the side. I love my Southern California lifestyle and wouldn't trade it for anything.

My hobbies include hula dancing, surfing, writing, singing, playing piano, kayaking, working out, yoga, pilates, hanging with my hubby and my dog, camping, hiking, bellydancing, music in general, traveling and cooking.

***7/11/08 UPDATE***
The doctor was wrong about how long AF would take to show up again after my m/c. She showed up 6/17/08, so when she was gone we were officially TTC again! Well, she was supposed to come again yesterday/today and never made it, so I tested.

BFP BFP BFP!!!!!!!!!! Yessss! BFPx7 with 5 different brands! woo-hoo! So I'm due with #1 on 3/21/09, the day before I turn 26 years old. See ladies, dreams do come true!

Well, I'm on CD 26 (usually have a 24-25 day cycle) with no sign of AF, but also 3 BFNs. I keep getting weird cramps like AF will show anytime, so we'll see.
