I'm a new mommy looking for advice from the experienced. : )

Happy Holidays!!! Did you have your baby yet? Well....this is how my labor went.....On Tuesday night I went bowling until about 10:30pm and then when I got home and was in bed, around 11:40pm my water broke and then about an hour later the contractions started and they were 10 min. apart......I waited it out before waking my husband up. I didnt know if i was in labor for sure so i didnt want to wake him. About 3:30 am I finally woke him up to let him know that I think I was in labor at this point my contractions were so bad I was on the floor in pain....but I didnt want to go to the hospital, because I was afraid that they would send me home.....at 4:30am I decided to go to the hospital I was not able to take the pain, and the contractions were 5 mins apart.....when we got to the hospital I was 3 cm......everything went by so fast, I got my epidoral but i was still able to feel the contractions on my left side....so they kept on injecting more medication in my IV, but it still didnt work...they had to remove the epidoral and then place it back in and then it finally worked like it should have. couple of hours later I was having a baby....took me 17 min to push her out....I didnt feel the head of the shoulders since they kept giving me more and more epidoral when it was not working the first time. When I was able to see my daughter the first time, I was in tears and so excited! Now she is 2 weeks, and 3 days old, time is flying by. She doesnt really sleep the best at night yet, but in time she will! Keep me posted on when you have your baby and let me know how your labor goes for you. Good luck!
