Hi!

I am a 32 yr. old SAHM with three great Children. Cassidy Rose, 8 and Carson James, 7 and Cade Richard (2 days!!!). I've been married to my High School sweetheart Rick, for 13 years.
I am so glad to have found this site. It helps so much to know there are others "suffering and/or rejoicing" in the same situations as I am.
I suffered from infertility for several years after a late miscarriage in 1996. I have PCOS and am obese. I had my daughter in Aug. 1999(using fertility treatments) and then when she was just 5 1/2 months old, I found out I was pg. again (what a shock!!). I had my son in Dec. 2000.
5 years later I was morbidly obese and opted for lap-band surgery. I lost 110 pounds in approx. a year and a half. I then had a tummy tuck/circumfrential body lift in Mar. 2007. I had lost 120 pounds after it was all said and done. I was still a plus size girl (sz. 14) but had a flat tummy etc. I was getting tattoos and living the "high life" lol, when *POOF* the baby bug hit!!! I decided I needed to try to have one more baby. I wasn't at all sure I could conceive on my own, but wanted to try for 6 months.
I got so lucky, and found out I was pg. after just 2 months of trying. What a blessing!
***UPDATE***September 2, 2008.
I had my baby on Aug. 31st at 8:01pm.
He was 7lb. 11oz. and 21 inches.
I had a 29 hour labor, but it didn't get "bad" until about 10 hours into it which is when I went to the hospital. A few hours later, I got an epidural and it was smooth sailing!!
I had no stitches and am feeling really good!!
Cade is adorable (of course, being mom I don't think I'd know if he wasn't! LOL). He is eating well and sweet as can be!

I never did gain any weight being pregnant....I am afraid to get on the scale yet though. (I think I'll put that off for a week or two! LOL).
