Hi. I'm 22 and my husband and I are expecting our first baby September 2nd. I had a miscarriage 2 years ago. We were only 9 weeks along when that happened.... but now, We are excited to be having daddy's little girl! We are also very excited that we have made it this far! She tried to come out on Father's Day... 11 weeks too early. The doctor put us on Procardia to keep me from contracting.... well, I still contracted, just not regularly. I stopped the medicine at 36 weeks like he told us to. And now we are just waiting! We had our last ultrasound last Wednesday and they said she weighs 6lbs 10oz.! And she feels like she's breaking my ribs. But that's okay.... This past tuesday I was 2cm. dialated and 50% effaced! We can't wait till she gets here and we can hold her in our arms!
