and here is my story.
I am 21. Me and my significant other have been together for almost two years now and we have plans of getting married sometime in the future. We currently live in Seymour, TN but I am originaly from New Jersey.I found out I was pregnant on June 11th 2008. In October I found out that my blessing was a baby boy. And in November, after a positive fFN testI was put on bed rest untill delivery due to a short cervix and pre-term labor scares. I recieved the steroid shots for his lungs and stayed on bed rest untill I delivered 3 days before my due date. Maddox Allen was due on February 7th and came February 4th. He came out healthy, strong and very handsome. He is my light in the darkness, my heart walking outside of my body. Also, recently we have found out that my step son is autistic. We are fighting now even harder for full custody due to his bio mother only want money off of him and that she cannot take care of his needs, instead she proceeds to lock him in a room. This is a fight we will not give up.







*LABOR STORY*
February 3rd 2009 - Went to see Dr McAmis ; He talked of inducing me on Feb 10th 2009. He sent me for an ultrasound to check my fluid. Everything looks good with baby. He did not check me for dialation or anything.
February 4th 2009 - 4:30am, after waking up from a dream of peeing on myself, I was getting up, walking to the bathroom when POP my water broke. At 4:45am I called the hospital and told them my water had broke and I had my bloody show. The nurse said since I had my bloody show as well I should come in. I packed my bag while Josh made the phone calls to let people know I was going into labor. At 5:20am, we finally got into the car after getting all of Maddox's things and my things in there. The whole time I was up and packing my bag I felt no contractions. The second I got into the car to start the drive to the hospital is when I felt my contractions. At 5:40am we got to the hospital and when the nurse checked me I was 6CM dialated. They got me into a gown and into a bed and started to move me towards a room, by the time we got to the room, probably about 5, maybe 6 minutes later I had already dialated to 9CM. I had no epidural, no form of pain medication what so ever. At 6:08am I was called complete and was told it was time to start pushing. I pushed for a total of 59 minutes and at 7:07am my prince was born. Maddox Allen Newman was born into this world at 6lbs even, 18 1/2 inches long. During the process of pushing I tore and had to recieve 12 stitches.I will not lie, labor hurt like hell but I would soo do it unmedicated again because my son was so alert when he was born and I was wide awake as well. I was not feeling drowsy or anything and was able to nurse him right away.

* 02/04 Maddox Allen is Here!!
* 02/24 - Maddox is now 6lbs 4 ozs.
* 03/04 - Maddox is 1 Month old
* 03/06 - Maddox is now 6lbs 13ozs & 20 inches long! (oh boy is my little man growing!)
** March 19th 6 Week Post Partum Appointment **

* 03/ 25 - Maddox is now 9lbs 6ozs!
* 04/04 Maddox is 2 months old
* 04/06 Maddox is 10lbs 7.8ozs & 22 inches long ; had his first shots as well.
* 04/30 Maddox is 12lbs 13ozs (doubled his birth weight yayy)
* 05/04 Maddox is 3 months old
* 05/21 Maddox started cereal
* 06/04 Maddox is 4 months old
* 06/04 Maddox startedsolids
* 06/11 Maddox is 15lbs 7.4ozs ; he is 25 inches tall and his head is 17 inches around

* 07/04 Maddox is 5 months old
* 07/06 -Mommy turns 21-
* 08/04 Maddox is 6 months old
*--[08.05]-- Maddox cut his first tooth
*--[08.12]-- Maddox said second word;; "yeah"
* 08/13 - Maddox is 18lbs 4.2ozs and 26 1/2 inches tall. The pedi told us we can start him on soft table food.
*--[08.26]-- Maddox cut his second tooth
*--[08.28]-- Maddox said his third word;; "Dada"
* 09/01 - Maddox is 18lbs and 12ozs; also has first ear infection (  )
* 09/04 Maddox is 7 months old
* 09/17 - Maddox went back and his ear infection is gone, but he has a case of Croup; also he is 19lbs even!
* 10/04 Maddox is 8 months old
* 10/31 Maddox's First Halloween
* 11/04 Maddox is 9 months old
* 11/06 - finally tooth number 3 poped through! (1 down...7 more under the gum to go!)
* 11/10 Maddox's 9 month appointment
