Ruby Ruth was born on 8/12/08 at 10:17 am at 7 lbs. 14.5 oz and 21.5 in. long in a half hour rapid descent delivery (had an artificial rupture of membranes at 4 1/2 cm. dilated at 9:45 am and she was delivered with less than 3 pushes by 10:17 am) with no epidural or drugs of any kind(as obviously there wouldn't have even been time for any drugs- lol). She is beautiful, happy, healthy, and a very calm easy baby. We couldn't be happier! She has chosen to breastfeed exclusively and is steadily gaining weight and growing so quickly! We co-sleep and babywear and are just loving getting to know our beautiful little girl!
