[About Me]



My name is Stacey, I am 22 years old. I am originally from Maryland but I live in Portland Oregon now. I miss the East coast but I will never live there again, I am way to in love with the West coast to ever go back. My hubby Aaron and I have been together since June of 2005. He is my soul mate and my best friend. I couldn't live without him. We are officially TTC!!!! YAY!!!.



[About Us]

Aaron and I met through my friend Peter. Peter and I went to high school together. After high school he joined the Navy. While home on leave we went out to dinner and were hanging out. I was playing with his phone and calling random people. I ended up calling Aaron, One of Peters Navy friends, but I got his voice mail. He sounded hot, So I left him a message saying I though he sounded hot and that he should call me and I left my number. I thought nothing of it and put it out of mind. Later that night I got a call from a weird number I didn't recognize. It turned out to be Aaron. We ended up talking all night and really hit it off. After that first conversation I knew I was going to fall in love with him. We continued talking every day, and finally decided to meet after he found out he was getting orders to Japan. He made it clear that he only wanted to be friends, that he didn't want a girlfriend and didn't see himself getting married for a very long time and I was ok with that. Just before I was planning to drive up to Conneticutt he called me saying he broke his jaw and didn't think it was a good idea that I come. I told him I already took the time off from work and I was still coming, if only to take care of him for a few days. The plan was to stay for 3 days, on the last day he asked me to stay one more night and I did. The last day he told me that his orders were changed and he would be staying here and most likly moving to Virginia which was closer to me, then he asked me if I would be his girlfriend once he got his new orders. I told him I would. After a few days of being home we were talking as usual and i asked him what we wee waiting for, either way it would be long distance. June 10th 2005 he asked me to be his girlfriend officially and started coming to visit me every other weekend. In August he found out he was getting orders to Hawaii. He asked me what I wanted to do about our realationship. I knew where he stood on marriage and we hadn't been dating very long. It turned into a yelling match that ended with him proposing to me. I asked if he was sure and he said he was, so I said YES!! He took leave for a week and came to stay with me and asked me again to my face, and we also told my family. They were shocked and all convinced I was pregnant, which wasn;t the case. After he told his command we were getting married his orders were changed again. They gave him the chioce of California or Washington. He asked me what I wanted but said he really wanted Washington to be close to his family. I said Wa. After his orders were finalized we started planning our wedding. We were married on October 2nd 2005 and left for Washington on Oct 26th. We have been happily married ever since!

We have an English Springer Spaniel named Cooper Lou. He is the biggest pain but I love him. We also have a cat named Princess Lilly. She was gift to me from my hubby. She is spoiled rotten but I couldn't live without her.
