Hi!  My name is Sandy and I am pregnant with my first baby! My hubby and I are so excited!He just recently came home from Iraq in the end of March. We threw away my birth control May 28th to try for a baby and sure enough, June 28th I found out I was pregnant! I have heard stories about how people try to conceive for years and I feel so blessed that we were able to make a baby in a month! :

June 28th: HPT Positive! Yay!
June 30th: Positive blood test! Woohoo!
July 28th: First OB appointment. My hubby and I saw our little baby on the ultrasound and saw the little hearbeat! Everything is looking good. I am 8 weeks, 3 days!
August 26th: 12 week OB appointment. Heard the heartbeat for the first time! So neat!
September 22nd: 16 week OB appointment. Heard the heartbeat again...I love that sound! 160bpm Doc says I can't work past 23 weeks! What the heck am I going to do for 17 weeks!? Doc gave me a prescription for medicine to help my frequent headaches.
October 4th:  Ultrasound for my gallbladder but we looked at the baby too and...It's A Girl!!
October 21st:  Ultrasound at OB confirms.....It's A Girl!!!  Everything looks normal!  She is 13 oz. and HR was 142!
October 27th: Doctor appointment.  Talked about frequent contractions....took a pee test to make sure I don't have a UTI.  My uterus is measuring 21 cm.
November 13th:  Doctor appointment.  My pee and everything else looks good. LOL  No infections.  My uterus is measuring 25 cm. Wow!
