hey I know that is what everyone keep telling me. Due to the fact that I just started my job, I don't qualify for leave with pay. But my job does have a thing called sick pool. Everyone who wants to participate donates time to the sick pool. If you need help from the sick pool you have to submit a request. If your request is approved you can receive over a 1,000 hours of sick pay. The catch is you have to have been employed at least 6 months. Well, my 6months will be Nov. 19th. The baby is due the 20th. So that is why I also hope he comes late. I know shame on me!!
