I'm married to the love of my life, Dave, and we have 3 kids together. Life wasn't always perfect though (and sometimes still isn't). We conceived our 1st daughter unexpectedly, we had only been dating for a few months (but we did know each other for over a year). I was 19 and he was 21. Honestly we weren't in love with each other, but we both wanted to raise our daughter together. We moved in together about 1 1/2 months before the baby arrived (by that time we discovered that we were in love). We welcomed our first daughter, Adrienne, on September 13, 2004 after 24 hours of labor. January 1st 2005, Dave proposed to me. About a month before we were to be wed, we received custody of Dave's son, Tyler. Dave and I were happily married June 25, 2005. In November 2005, Dave and I decided we wanted another baby and on Christmas Day 2005 we found out that we were expecting again. Our 2nd daughter, Miranda, entered the world on September 5, 2006 after 11 hours of labor. In mid December of 2007 we found out that we were expecting again, this time we were due in August. A week before my due date, I woke up to my water breaking and we went to the hospital. 8 hours later I finally got my contractions started. Later that night on August 16, 2008 after 7 hours of labor wehad our son, Jeremiah.
I'm a stay-at-home mom. My husband works long hours (leaves before the sun is up and most days is home around the time the kids go to bed.) Tyler is in 2nd grade (which makes me feel old considering I graduated from high school in 2002). I love helping others, therefore if you ever need any advice or someone to talk to, I'd be more than happy to be there!
