Well, I finally caved in on April Fool's Day early in the morning and took an HPT and got a positive. Ah, the irony of hinting to one's husband that One Has News on April Fool's Day. Didn't end up telling him until the following day, however, so that made it okay. Due December 6, but maybe baby will actually come the 7th - "a day that will live in infamy" - to go with April Fool's.
My only other child is an orange kitten who bit me when I told him he was a big brother.

How did you feel when you found out?: Not really sure what to think since it wasn't planned and wondering how Mr Baldwin would take the news.

How did they react?: Like congratulatory mother hens
How did the daddy react?: He had already guessed from some hints I dropped that day, so when I finally got up the guts the following morning he egged me on mercilessly. He was happy though.

When was your first appointment?: I'll go in around 10-12 weeks for my first appt
When is your due date?: 6th Of December
How far along are you?: 24 weeks 4 days
Pre-pregnancy weight?: I don't have a scale, but I think I was around 128
Weight now?: 135
Have you had an ultrasound?: No
Have you heard the heartbeat?: Yes
What was the heartbeat?: First time it was 170; now it is 140-160 range

What was your first symptom?: Missed period was my first real clue in. I knew I couldn't go more than 16 days after ovulating with no period, so that was when I took the test. But I should have known something was up when I never got my pre-period urge for chocolate.
What religion will the baby know? Seventh-day Adventist
What music or interests do you want the baby to know?: I want to encourage him to pursue his own interests. (His, her, whatever) I hope s/he'll love to read.

thank you sweetie. ITs amazing how your lil tummy has grown. You have more paitence then me lol...i am hoping to find sometime this month for the gender.
Ill keep checking on you. So excited for you! So far the baby is doing good, I have gotten 7 ultra sounds done to keep making sure.
