My name is Jasmine. I'm 19 years old and loving my life! I have a beautiful baby girl named Mya Kathleen Coleman who was born July 9th, 2009 after being in labor for 4 whole hours and having her naturally. It was a wonderful expereince and i wouldn't change it for the world. Currently i am a single mother and for the first month and a half it bothered me but now I'm over it and I know God has better plans for us. I'm a pretty cool person so if you want, go ahead and PT me but if you want me to add you back I need to get to know you some.

October 18, 2008- First day of Last Menstural Period
October 27, 2008-One year with the hubby...definately concieved! 
November 24, 2008-pregnancy test at the clinic(positive)5wks2days
December 23,2008-doctor appointment. Blood tests. No u/s 
Janurary 15,2009-doctor appointment. Heard heartbeat! Doctor said very strong. 156!  Still no ultrasound.  
Janurary 28,2009-Ultrasound appointment. Went great. No twins!!!!Changed due date to July 17th. Doctor says she thinks it's a girl but still to early to find out!!! Baby loves to be on it's head!!! I love her/him already!!!
Feburary 12,2009-OB appointment. Heard the heartbeat. 144 BPM.
March 2, 2009- first day the baby woke me up in the morning. 
March 9,2009-doctor appointment. heard the heartbeat(156bpm) and did a culture for weird discharge. Hopefully nothing serious. Just wanted to get checked. Daddy also felt his little one kick for the first time  He was so happy!
April 2, 2009- sister's birthday. mom and sister finally felt the baby move 
April 6, 2009-OB appointment. Got papers to do my GD test. Heard the heartbeat 155 bpm. Still no damn u/s. 
April 18, 2009-4D ultrasound appointment. It's a GIRL!!!! I love Mya so much! She is such a beautiful baby!!!
April 20, 2009- took glucose test. the drink was pretty good! lol. tasted like sprite!!! Hopefully the results come back good.
April 25, 2009-got in a car accident. Couldn't feel baby Mya move for a while. Went to ER in ambulance so they can check on the baby. OnceI got to the ER, Mya started moving all over! She's a silly little girl! Everything's fine. Me and baby Mya are great! I love her and am so grateful the accident wasn't catostrophic!
May 4, 2009-OB appointment. was in there for an hour. Seemed like everyone in there mom was seeing the doctor the same day as me. Oh well. Found out my doctor is going on maternity leave June 19th-Aug. 14th. She won't be able to deliver me . Oh well. We're both having girls haha. Gained only 2 lbs from last apponitment. yay. Heard the baby's heartbeat and she was kicking the heartbeat monitor. lol. Starting my 2-3 wk appointments now! 
May 18, 2009-OB appointment. Measured me and checked heartbeat.
June 6, 2009-Baby Shower!!!  So grateful for all of the wonderful gifts and people who cared.
June 8, 2009- OB apptointment- Measured me and checked heartbeat. Heartbeat was strong and Mya was kicking everywhere. lol
June 16, 2009- Felt really dizzy and had bad headaches. Was sent to see OB. Everything is fine and I just need to eat more frequently.
June 23, 2009-OB appointment nothing special. Just heard the heartbeat and Mya sounds great!!!
July 1, 2009-OB appointment. 2 cm dilated and baby's head is engaged and ready to go.Doctor estimates a small baby and me going into labor anytime within the week. *fingers crossed that he's right*
July8, 2009- OB appointment. 4cm dilated 80% effaced -1 stationed. Doctor stretched cervix and set up an induction date for July 15th at 9AM if I don't have the baby by then. I'm hoping to go before then. Wish me luck!!!
July 9, 2009-Mya was born. 7:44 AM 6lbs 6oz 18in





Mothers give the grea
test gift,
that we on earth can receive.
A life to live and love to give;
the day she does conceive.

She carries me close, inside her.
Her heartbeat I do hear.
Her voice sounds like Angels singing-
The first sweet sound I hear.

Her touch is; Oh so gentle.
So secure I feel inside.
Only wondering how much longer,
in her womb I must abide.

Then the day comes,
when I no longer need to stay.
I only want to be outside-
in her arms I wish to lay.

I twist I turn,
I push I shove,
I open my eyes
and look above.

So scared I feel,
I just want to hide,
then her voice I hear,
so close by my side.

Then I see her-
The most Beautiful sight I've seen,
reaching out for me- her eyes full of tears,
yet still a happy gleam.

I snuggle and cuddle,
as close as I can.
As she kisses me gently,
and then takes me by my little hand.

I love her instantly,
as much as my small heart can bare.
Bundled up in her arms;
I grasp a strand of her soft hair.

I wrap it in my hand,
So, so very tight.
wanting to make sure that-
she is with me throughout the night.

I settle in quickly,
and slowly drift off to sleep.
As my mother carefully watches over me,
and counts each toe on my feet.

I see her in my dreams,
I feel her in my heart.
And I know this feeling will be here, in life,
even if we are apart.

So Mother, when you think of me,
know that this is true;
When I think of Undying Love,
Mother I am thinking of YOU!
