My ovulation chart:

I have Antiphospholipid Syndrome due to elevated anticardiolipin IgG antibodies. It is an autoimmune clotting disorder making it more difficult to conceive and requiring treatment with baby aspirin and Lovenox during pregnancy. There is also a very high risk for complications during the pregnancy and generally early delivery.

09/07/2010: Faint BFP!
09/08/2010: Definite BFP! Beta 46 at 12DPO.
09/10/2010: Beta 165 at 14DPO.
09/11/2010: Started Lovenox injections.
09/13/2010: Beta 558 at 17DPO.
09/15/2010: Beta 1389 at 19DPO.
09/17/2010: Beta 3219 at 21DPO.
09/24/2010: Ultrasound. Baby measuring 5w5d and heart rate 83 bpm.
10/05/2010: Ultrasound and first OB appointment. Baby measuring 7w1d and heart rate up to 138 bpm now.
10/21/2010: Baby measuring 9w3d and heart rate 153 bpm.
11/19/2010: Heart rate 140-150 on Doppler.
11/26/2010: Elective 3D scan says GIRL!!!
12/17/2010: Anatomy scan says BOY!!!
04/20/2011: Delivered.
