With all 3 pregnancies I was hospitalized numerous times with
Hyperemesis Gravidarum...a severe form of Morning Sickness (more info at
www.helpher.org ) In the beginning I figured it was normal and it would pass. Little did I know it would become so severe that I required IV treatments, hospitalization, numerous medications (zofran, phenergan, b6 with unisom, ear patches and sea bands) and bedrest. With each pregnancy it was different. #1) It ended the moment my son was born. #2) It ended at 7 months #3) Most severe in the beginning, ended at 5 months, leaving me time to enjoy being pregnant for once. Hurrah!!!

After about 20 months pursuing domestic adoption we decided that international was a better fit for our family as most Birth Mothers who choose adoption want families without children.
In August 2010 we brought our daughter home forever!!!!!!!!!!!!
