My name is Brooke and I am 22 years old. My husband, Justin, and I have been married a little over a year and are pregnant for the very first time. This was not at all planned, yet we weren't taking any measures to prevent it either. We are both very excited...probably him more so than me. I mean, he isn't the one going through all the symptoms so of course he's more excited  I never dreamed pregnancy could make me feel so many crappy emotions and put my body through so many horrible changes. None the less, I'm just praying for a healthy baby. I would love to meet any other expectant mothers or people who can give me some tips!



*9/2/08: After going for our gender ultrasound, the doctor was unable to confirm whether the baby was a boy or girl- the baby had its legs crossed through the entire appointment. The doctor said she guessed the baby to be female but she definitely was not sure.
*9/7/08: We payed to have another ultrasound done and the tech confirmed that it is indeed a GIRL! Mommy's intution was right!!
