I'm Jessica and I'm 24. I've been in a relationship with the same guy for 8 years. We met in January 2000, when I was just barely 15, and he was about to turn 17. We dated for a month before he called it quits. A little over a year later, I got a call out of the blue from him, just so he could say hi and catch up with me....and we've been pretty much inseparable ever since! We officially got back together on October 7, 2001 after months of being best friends and just beating around the relationship bush. I love him to pieces and couldn't imagine my life without him in it! I can not wait until we have children together and grow old together.  





On May 7th, we found out I was about 4 weeks pregnant and expecting our first baby together!! We were so nervous but so excited at the same time. Unfortunately for us, on June 27th @ 11w3d, I suffered a miscarriage and lost our little Angel Baby after it stopped developing at 9w. Thankfully, I did not require a D&C, amazingly enough, considering how far along I was. I only have one picture of my Angel, taken at 6w6d.






On September 20th, I found out I am pregnant again after one month of TTC. This month was supposed to be a "trial run" for our TTC efforts since I had never charted before or used OPKs. Worked a little better than we thought it would! I didn't believeI was actually pregnant againuntil September 22nd, after three consecutive BFPs that got darker as the days went by. I ended up taking a total of 5 hpts, the last one on the day I had expected AF. My EDD according to FF (based on ovulation) is June 3rd, 2010!

TTC History!
April 5th - April 7th: AF
May 7th: BFP!!! EDD using Naegele's Rule: January 12th
May 14th: went in for bloodwork to check progesterone & hcg levels because of faint spotting on 5/13; on 5/18 blood test come back okay, doc ordered u/s.
May 26th: Early OB u/s. Baby measured 6w6d. EDD: January 13th. I get to hear and see the heartbeat  
June 1st: First OB appointment. Doc said everything on the u/s looked good.
June 26th: discharge picks up and has a faint pinkcoloration to it, and mild cramping.
June 27th: 7:30 a.m, noticed blood w/ small clots on toilet tissue, also noticed the cramping has picked up a bit. Call my mother and head to the ER. // 9:30a ER doc informs me that my baby is only measuring at 9w when I should be 11w3d, and they do not detect a fetal heartbeat.   // 9:00p cramping turns into contractions, bringing me to tears. I have officially miscarried my Angel.
July 14th: Urine pregnancy test comes out negative. Doc says things seem to have passed naturally and I do not require a D&C. Bleeding finally stops 21 days later, on 7/17.
July 29th - August 6th: very, very heavy AF!
August 12th: bloodwork to check hcg levels to make sure they've dropped to zero. Bloodwork comes back okay, all levels are at zero.
August 27th thru 31st: AF //Countdown to O!!
September 8th and 9th: +OPKs!
September 10th: O day according to OPK and thermal shift  
September 20th: possible + HPT at 3w3d
September 21st: second + HPT at 3w4d
September 22nd: third BFP at 3w5d. Called OB to schedule bloodwork to confirm pregnancy
September 23rd: bloodwork at OB office // bloodwork comes back: first hcg level is 216 at 3w6d
September 25th: second hcg level drawn: 446 at 4w1d! Levels doubled!! YAY!!
October 22nd: first OB appointment, everything looks good so far!
November 2nd: first u/s at 9w4d. Everything was AMAZING. Heartrate 167bpm. Measuring ahead by 4 days at 10w1d, but no change in EDD.
November 19th: woke up at 4:30 am to pee, found bright red blood on TP. Went to ER...all bloodwork came back find and u/s showed a healthy 12.5w baby! Preliminary diagnoses by ER doc: placenta previa. Told to follow up with OB.
November 20th: OB called back, said everything looks great. Confirmed diagnoses of placenta previa. Ordered pelvic rest until next scheduled u/s at 19w1d on January 8th, 2010.
December 4th: Next OB appointment
January 8th: anatomy scan and u/s to see if placenta previa has resolved itself

1-4 weeks = 1 month: August 27 to September 30th - DONE!
5-8 weeks = 2 months: October 1st to October 28th -DONE!
9-13 weeks = 3 months: October 29th to December 2nd- In progress...
2nd Trimester
14-17 weeks = 4 months: December 3rd to December 30th - waiting....
18-21 weeks = 5 months: December 31st to January 27th -waiting...
22-26 weeks = 6 months: January 28th to March3rd - waiting...

3rd Trimester
27-30 weeks = 7 months: March 4th toMarch 31st - waiting...
31-35 weeks = 8 months: April1st to May 5th- waiting...
36-40 weeks = 9 months: May 6th to June 3rd- waiting...
