My name is Amber and I live in Illinois. My hubby, Jon, and I found out we were pregnant on 4/11/2008, the day we flew to Northern, IL to find a place to relocate to, due to my job promotion. We were so excited that we had this wonderful secret between the two of us.

The excitement quickly disappeared when I miscarried at 10 weeks; the baby was only 7 weeks along. We were devastated to say the least.

We found out we were expecting again on 7/12/2008  I have never been so ecstatic and so nervous at the same time. It is hard not to think a miscarriage will happen again.

I am trying to keep positive. Our first ultrasound is 8/5/2008, my 23rd Birthday and the day after our one year anniversary. I hope it will be the best gift ever!

Update: The ultrasound went very well. Wewere able to see and hear the little one's hearbeat (166 bpm). I could not be more happy!

Hi, I read and it's strangely how you can easily come across the people who shared the same experiences. I too was found pregnant in March after trying for a whole entire year. But sadly by the time I reached my 5th week I miscarried. We learned of our recent pregnancy on August 4th, and I am now 12 weeks along.
