Haven't had issues with Medicaid/PCAP program so far. They were pretty easy to get started, but that's becuase as a server I don't make enough hourly to go over the limits. It's stupid though. I wish that NYS would relook at the system. I'm not asking for much, I'm having a BABY. Lord almighty. I just want to have enough to pay the bills and treat my family to dinner once a week you know? Screw that, its spaghetti and butter for the next 8 weeks. Sorry kids.
