I'm 25 and originally from Covington, Washington. My husband and I just had our first child, a beautiful boy named Jackson, on January 24. He's the most wonderful little guy we could have ever hoped for and each day with him is truly a blessing. We now live in St Georges, Grenada, West Indies where my husband is in medical school. Quite a change from rainy Seattle, but we love it!
I am very opinionated, but I'll do my best to share my opinion with you in a civil, polite way. I am an educated mama. I was all about my career until I had my little J, and now I love being a SAHM. A few facts about myself pertaining to BG-
1. I am 100% pro life. No exceptions.
2. I exclusively breasfeed my son, (now adding solids to his diet) and I think everyone should at least try to breastfeed.
3. I am pro vaccinations. The last thing we need is an epidemic. I will fully vaccinate my son on the recommended schedule.
5. While I think that mommy does know best, I TRUST my doctor. Doctors aren't out to get you. It is their job to know what the healthiest options are for your child, and you should listen to them and follow their advice.
4. I hate it when 18 year olds act like they know everything there is to know about life. You don't. I'm not saying I do either, but I'm also not afraid to give you a little perspective.
5. I live in a developing country. It's so different from living in the US. Most people truly have no idea how good they have it,so if you are complaining about your FREE food stamps, I will call you on it.
6. Last, but most importantly, I love Jesus. If you need a prayer buddy, I'd be happy to pray for/with you!

Hubby and I on the 4th of July. No more baby weight! Yay!
