That's good. The healthy diet ought to help. It's nice to at have a diagnosis though. It cuts down on some of the wondering. At least you have something to work with now to try to fix things. I'm sure you'll be able to conceive just fine with treatment. One of my coworkers has Hashimoto thyroiditis as well. She was able to conceive and deliver three kids after she was diagnosed and treated.
