Our TTC Journey: We were married February 25, 2006 and knew immediately we wanted to start our family. Each month went by we bought all the right books, ate all the right foods,took all the right vitamins and NOTHING. I mentioned to my GYN that we were ttc and she said great sometimes it takes couples a year to get pregnant. Really, I thought? At the end of 2007 I started to have very abnormal abdominal pains and ended up in the ER, it was determined that I had very large cysts and needed to be monitored. So I started going for u/s every four weeks. Dr. said this could be why I was not getting pregnant. A few months later I was in so much pain, ended up in ER again and was told I needed my appendix out- ok! After that surgery the Dr. came in and recommended that I go to a specialist because of some things he saw, so we did. I was then diagnosed with stage 4 endometrious and scheduled for Surgery Oct 31, 2008 to have my right ovary removed??? and possibly a hysterectomy?? That surgery actually went really well they didn't remove anything except the Chocolate Cysts!!

After the surgery we re-grouped with the RE and decided that Clomid would be a great option. Even though I ovulated on my own it was uncertain at what time during my cycle I ovulated and with the Clomid it would be easier to calculate.

My first round of Clomid was April 18 and we paired it with natural intercourse & trigger shot.

Second Roud of Clomid was June 13 and we did our first IUI with Trigger shot

Third Round of Clomid was July 11 and we did 2nd IUI with frozen sperm (DH was outta town, fishing in Alaska) and Trigger shot.

Fourth Round of Clomid was September 7 and we did 3rd IUI and Trigger Shot.

The reason we did not have consectative months of Clomid is because most of the time I had cysts and could not take it.

1st BFP, 12dpo Monday September 28, 2009 using blue dye Walgreens Brand line test-FMU
2nd BFP, 13dpo Tuesday September 29, 2009 using ClearBlue Digital, Pregnant-FMU
1st BETA, 13dpo Tuesday September 29, 2009 was 9

Symptons: Terrible headaches (like brain tumor kinda pain), Shakes, heartburn, gas (and I mean the loudest farts EVER), runny nose and runny ears, CRAMPS

I have not had sore bb's

2nd BETA, 15dpo, Thursday October 1, 2009 was 7....Dr. is calling it a Chemical Pregnancy

Fifth Round of Clomid with IUIin October. BFN

Sixth and final Round of Clomid November 9-13, if this cycle does not work we are moving on to injectables with IUI.
