CLOMID Cycles:
My first round of Clomid was April 18, 2009 and we paired it with natural intercourse & trigger shot.
Second Roud of Clomid was June 13, 2009 and we did our first IUI with Trigger shot
Third Round of Clomid was July 11, 2009 and we did 2nd IUI with frozen sperm (DH was outta town, fishing in Alaska) and Trigger shot.
Fourth Round of Clomid was September 7, 2009 and we did 3rd IUI and Trigger Shot.
The reason we did not have consectative months of Clomid is because most of the time I had cysts and could not take it.
1st BFP, 12dpo Monday September 28, 2009 using blue dye Walgreens Brand line test-FMU
2nd BFP, 13dpo Tuesday September 29, 2009 using ClearBlue Digital, Pregnant-FMU
1st BETA, 13dpo Tuesday September 29, 2009 was 9
Symptons: Terrible headaches (like brain tumor kinda pain), Shakes, heartburn, gas (and I mean the loudest farts EVER), runny nose and runny ears, CRAMPS
2nd BETA, 15dpo, Thursday October 1, 2009 was 7....Dr. is calling it a Chemical Pregnancy
Fifth Round of Clomid with IUIin October, 2009. BFN
Sixth and final Round of Clomid November 9-13, 2009 if this cycle does not work we are moving on to injectables with IUI. BFN.
IUI's with Injections (Follistim)
1st round of injections. Follistim Pen. Did 9 days of 52.65iu, ovidrel cd12 and IUI cd14.
BFP!! CD11 with faint 2nd line on Answer test
BFP!! CD12 with FRER 2nd line was darker and Clearblue Digital
December 29th: Bloodwork, Beta 47.
December 31th: Bloodwork, Beta 180!! more then doubled.
Jan. 8th: u/s scheduled, exacty 5 weeks, My Dr. didn't see anything but he said his machine is older and sent me for a specialist high tech imaging place. Beta Checked: 1965.
Jan. 11 u/s, 5wk 3day, the u/s showed a sac but it was empty (measured .5mm). Beta checked: 4120
Jan.25 u/s scheduled, 7wk 3day, sac was empty (measured 1.3mm) and showed little growth. Definetely looking like a blighted ovum. NowI sit and wait to see what the next step is going to be. Went for bloodwork,16,000.
Feb. 12, 2010: I am not updating like I should. I definetely officially miscarried on Feb. 11th. I had been crampy really bad since Saturday. Wed. morning it was so severe it woke me up at 4am. The blood was so bad and the cramping was 10times worse then I ever imagined. I was very thankful it happened in the comfort of my home. I passed the deflated sac it was about the size of a plum. The bleeding is still really bad and the pain has moved to my back. A heating pad has been my saving grace as well as some viciden
and loritab. I had blood work done today and it has dropped to 7000 so 10000 in one weeks time. I hope that it continues togo down and I getback tozero soon.
Feb 14, 2010: I was up all night with horrible cramping and pain. The bleeding had basically stopped and the pain was the worst. We ended up paging my Dr. at 3am he said he would be at the office in the morning and to come in, also said to watch my temp and if I got a fever to go to ER immedietly. I didnt get a fever so I took a ton of pain meds and went to his office the folloiwng morning. He did an u/s and my cervix was still closed, the sac was there and collapsing and he saw something in the sac. My uterus was full of bloodd and being that my cervix closed I was reaching a dangerous place for possible infection. He recommended doing the D&E as soon as possible. So we left his office and went to the OR I was emotional. I really wanted this to pass naturally but my body had different plans of course. I am now recovering at home. Taking some pain meds and antibotics. We will be on a 2 month break.
June 8, 2010. Diagnosed with DOR, Diminishing Ovarian Reserve. Levels are .21.
June 14, u/s showed 3cm Endometrionum on right side. No longer canidate for IVF and after this cycle no more treatments until surgery to remove.
2nd Round Injections, June 14, 2010. Did follistim cd 3-10, 100ui per day, trigger on cd11 and IUI on cd12. Sperm count 12.4million, I had 1 follicle on right (17mm) and 2 14mm on left side. Beta blood test on July 8th it was negative. Waited for AF, she never came and week later I called Dr. sent in for progesterone, estrodial and beta. Progesterone was super low less then 1, Estrodial high 441 and beta negative. Looked like I was in follicular stage, did u/s and confirmed 30mm follicle on right, thinking trigger did not take and I never ovulated back in June? Bd like crazy. Calling the Dr. Monday for status update.
Oct. 10, 2010 AF finally came on her own! No meds which I am happy about!
Oct. 15, 2010 Robotic's, DaVinci Surgery done at Celebration Hospital in Orlando. I had three Surgeons and was very anxious about the outcome. All in all they took out 3 large cysts around my right ovary and 4 fibrods.
IVF, Cycle 1. Stop B/C Jan. 28, 2011. Started Follistim 300iu (mornings), Menupur 2 vials (evenings), 1st u/s showed 4 Follicles on left and 3 on Right ovary. Triggered on Feb. 8, 2011. Retrieval was Feb. 9, 3 from left and 1 from right. 2 of 4 fertilized with ICSI. 3 Day Transfer on Feb. 12, 2011, Grade A, 8 Cell and 6 Cell.
Beta, Feb. 24, 2011. BFN
IVF, Cycle 2. Stop B/c March 28, 2011. Started Follistim April 2, 2011 300IU (mornings), 150IU Follistim and Menepur 2 Vials (evenings), 1st u/s showed 6 follicles on left and 5 on right. after 7 days of stim I was already measuring 23mm follicles!!wowza triggered April 9 for 4/11 retrieval. Got 7 eggs 4 ICSI and 3 natural, 5 fertilized 2 ICSI's and all 3 naturals!! Transfered 3 embryos on 4/14/11. BFN.
On Break until August 2011.

We saw Sac, Yolk Sac and fetal pole!! So excited we have reached another milestone.
Next U/S July 28 at 8:45am. Sadly, this pregnancy ended in spontanous miscarraige on August 14, 2011.
Love the miracle stories...I have not been on here in a long time since maybe November??? I need to update. We had a life changing chain of events happen in our lives on October 14, 2011, 2 months after our miscarriage. We were not "looking" to adopt or even in the process of, but it seems that is what God's Plan was for us. All the right people in the right places and we were working with a woman that wanted to place her unborn baby boy up for adoption. I was so confused and over joyed and confused-lol. We took it one day at a time, he was due January 7, 2012 but again life took us by surprised and he was here via emergency c-section on November 18, 2011 7 weeks early, 5lbs 1.4oz of baby boy bliss!! We were with him the entire time as he spent 15 days in the NICU, now he is 3 mos and my guess 11-12lbs and so stinkin cute- I never thought I could be so in LOVE!! We are amazed at this path our lives have took and feel completely blessed.
