I was just reading your about me. I highly recommend getting the books What to Expect When You're Expecting: Fourth Edition by Heidi Murkoff and Sharon Mazel or Conception, Pregnancy & Birth: The Childbirth Bible for Today's Parents by Miriam Stoppard. 
They helped me a lot they answered most of my questions. Anyways Good Luck at your OB apt! :-)
