hi! my name is melanie. (everyone calls me mel)i love kids and want to have a big family. before i got married i used to help people alot when they'd have babies...i lived with several familes at different times. i loved the kiddos i took care of, but i always had to give them back to their parents. now it's finally my turn! my hubby drives truck and i ride with him. since our son was born we take him with us too. he loves it!!






i am a very outgoing funloving person. i enjoy hanging out with people and going shopping with my friends..lol...typical girl right? i am a Christian and want to above all raise my children to love and serve Jesus. i would love to meet like minded parents and just anyone. =)






MARCH 8, 2009....HE IS HERE!!!! john decklin stoltzfus was born at 8:04 am, weighed 8 lbs 5 oz, 21-1/4 inches long. my labor was 16 hrs, 3 hrs pushing. it was a REALLY hard delivery, but we did it natural, at home, and we made it thru!! decklin is the light of our lives!!!!

Thanks! I feel great this morning and I'm getting a bunch of stuff done before my doctor's appointment today. I really hope that I hear some encouraging news. The night before last night I didn't sleep because I had contractions anddiarrheaall night. My contractions weren't regular enough to call my doctor but they were the real thing so I was hoping that by morning they'd get on a pattern. However, I was soexhaustedalready. During the day they petered out. I got some really good rest so that's good. I'm trying to rest a lot because I'd like to be ready to go when it happens,
