My name is Shelley. Im 18. I had my daughter on June 2nd. Her name is Riley Madison and she is already my world! She is such an amazing baby and is hardly ever fussy. Her daddy's name is Travis && we were together 3/27/07 until 07/01/09. He loves her very much but cant seem to get his act together && Im tired of supporting him. Throughout my pregnancy I was pretty much they only one who worked. He cant hold his temper long enough to hold a job :[ so after paying HIS bills for 6 months I finally kicked him out in hope that he will straiten up his act. I put up with way too much that I shouldnt have. Stupid I know! Not sure about what will happen there... But I know im perfectly capable of supporting my daughter and myself && I have a huge support system between friends && family! I work full time at a bank && I LOVE it besides I would much rather be at home with Riley :{

September 26: Found out that we are going to be parents!
October 18: Had to go to the ER for severe pain but everything was ok. I still have ulcers though. But I heard the heartbeat && saw the lil peanut!
October 27: First doc Apt. 8wks. 1.95 cm
November 10: Doc apt. 11 wks && 3.59 cm
December 9: Doc apt. just heard the heartbeat && everything was normal.
December18: Graduated
December 19: Turned 18!
January 6: Heard the heartbeat && the baby was very active which made funny sounds on the doplar.
January 15: We are having a GIRL!!!
Feb 3: everything is fine. she is growing good and we heard her heartbeat. its in the 150s
March 3: Took glucose test and it was 128 so i have to go back on the 12 to take the 3 hr test   also my belly is measuring big so on the 17th i get an ultrasound   her heartbeat was 140s
March 12: 3hr glucose test was horrible. I was soo hungry after not eating for 15 hours! I was shaking like crazy all day after that! But I PASSED it! thank god...
March 16: first 3d ultrasound. She Hid her face the whole time and I only got one pic but I get another apt for free  
March 17: Riley is 3lbs and is measuring just they way she should. Heart beat is in the 140s
March 25: 2nd 3d ultrasound. Daddy was talking to her && she covered her lil ears lol
March 27: Mommy && Daddy's 2 Year!!!
April 1: Doc apt everything is normal. Im still measuring 3 wks bigger. && Duck Dukc Goose Sale! I got so much stuff for amazing deals
April 9: 3rd 3D ultrasound got some really good pics
April 14: Riley's HR was in the high 140s && She is 4 1/2 lbs && growing in the 50 percentile. So everything is on schedule!
April 19: Mom, mother-in-law and bff threw me a baby shower. so much fun!
April 23: St. Marys Hospital tour
April 28: Riley is doing amazing!
April 30: Baby shower at work was fabulous. Love those girls
May 12: U/S she is 6 lbs 6 oz and growing in the 50%!
May 14: I have not dilated any yet but I have almost completely effaced :] Once I start to dilate the doc said It wont be long till my baby girl is here :]
May 20: Dilated 1 cm... 9 to go....
May 27: 80% effaced and still 1 cm.
June 2: Induced at 6 am!
June 4: Due date




LABOR STORY:
Arrived at hospital at 6 am had my IV's hooked up at 7. started having small contractions almost immediately. Had my water broken at 845. Contractions become much stronger after that. I dilated about 1 cm an hour after that. at 113o I asked for my epidural and got it at 1145. Those things are wonderful!!! At 330 when they checked me I was 6 cm dilated. At 530 I was 10 cm and completely effaced! so they got everything together and I started pushing at 555. I pushed 4 times and the nurse said to quit pushing that she was calling the doctor. Travis during this time said something that made me laugh and the nurse about freaked out and said I had to quit laughing or I would push her out b4 the doc got there. Doctor came and I pushed twice and she was here at 621 pm. All in all it took me only 26 mins :] very proud of myself. I had 2nd degree tearind so that is normal for first time moms. Riley was 8 lbs 9 oz 21 inches long! I was speechless when they threw her up on my belly. I was in aw at her amazing it all was. She is beautiful! She had a head full of dark hair and blue eyes. Daddy about had a fit about her hair untill i assured him that it would prolly just fall out and come back a diff. color and that he is ridiculous to even question whether she was his or not. but he is def over that now! We love being parents!!
June 2nd: Born at 621 pm 8 lbs 9 oz 21 inches long
June 4th: Got to go home at 3
June 5th: First pediatrician visit. She lost a lil and now weighs 7 lbs 15 oz. a little jandice but other than that is completely healthy!
June 19: 2 wk check up. She is now 9 lbs 9 oz and doing wonderful. her doc was so suprised at how alert she already is and how she can hold her head up! he said she is developing wonderfully!
July 3rd: 1 month check up Riley is 10 lbs 5 oz
July 14: my post partum 5 wk check up. Everything is back to normal and I have lost 26 lbs :]
August 7: Riley's 2mnth check up. she is 12 lbs 11 oz! 22 and half inches long.had her shots and has been so fussy :[ it upsets me so much to see her hurting

Oh my god that's horrible! Of course we all hate "the other girl." And yeah I'm not planning to let any of BD's girls seemy kid either. Not appropriate at all.
