July 3, 2008: First Prenatal visit
July 8, 2008: First ultrasound
July 14, 2008: Spotting, ER visit (threatened miscarriage)
July 17, 2008: Spotting ER visit (threatened miscarriage) no hb, but saw "movement"
July 23, 2008: F/U w OB "heard" heartbeat, but it was mine not baby's
July 28, 2008: Heavier bleeding, ER visit, (confirmed miscarriage) levels down
July 30, 2008: Miscarried, hemmorhaging, admitted to hospital
Aug 18, 2008: F/U w OB still bleeding/cramping ultrasound showed possible retained tissue.
Aug 20, 2008: Doubled over in pain OB refused to see me in the ER!
Aug 23, 2008: Ultrasound, 5 cm cyst left ovary still retained products
Aug 29, 2008: D&C and L ovarian cystectomy.
Oct 8, 2008: First post-miscarriage AF

November 3: BFN
November 4: BFP x 10 tests
November 5: Called OB they won't see me until I'm 8 weeks, appt is set for Dec 1, 2008.
December 1: First OB visit, with a nurse named, Anne, she was so sweet. we did a DETAILED medical and family history and established the estimated due date. I got a ton! of blood work done, 9 tubes worth.
December 8: First ultrasound. I'm really scared because today is the exact day my first baby "stopped growing", 8 weeks 5 days, I am praying with all I have that today has a happy outcome. I have ONE ::sigh:: happy, healthy, sticky bean. It's heart rate was 178, and it is almost 1 inch long. I can't wait til the next ultrasound in 3 weeks!
December 31: Second Ultrasound, first meeting with the MFM (high risk doc) doc says everything looks great and baby is actually measuring a day ahead now. Heart rate was 165. Baby was moving so much the ultrasound tech had to chase the baby around my belly!
Jan 5: Jason and I broke up, he decided to sign over his rights.
Jan 8: Bright red bleeding. Baby's heart rate was 165 was in NC on the farm 8 hrs from OB!
Jan 9: Ultrasound and OB visit all is well baby is 3 inches, growing well, heart rate was 164, and baby was jumping from bottom of my uterus to top and kicking the placenta. Felt flutters of baby's kicks...kind of like popcorn.
Jan 21: Now feel the flutters more frequently and with more intensity. Missing my angel baby!
Feb 3: 3D/4D Ultrasound....It's A GIRL!!! Yay! I have my daughter, just like I always wanted. Introducing Gabrielle Marie. It took a long time to get to see your parts,she was kicking but with her legs shut!
Feb 5: Take grammy, auntie lynn, and cousin Seth to see you for the first time. Grammy told you if you were a boy she was still going to put you in frilly dresses. You again did not cooperate well
Feb 23: Level 2 ultrasound, everything is perfect, you're measuring exactly right in everything, and you're still a GIRL! Heart rate 158. Hiccups felt first time last night.
March 2: Felt Gabrielle kick from the outside for the first time. Charity, Ally, and Brandi were able to feel light and strong kicks on my right side.
April 30: OB and MFM appointments. Monthly u/s and fetal echocardiogram. U/S took 2.5 hrs instead of 20 mins due to the stubborn child I'm carrying but her heart is perfectly healthy YAY! Oh and she weighs 2lbs 13 oz.
May 5: 3D ultrasound. Gabrielle is more cooperative than usual. She's so precisous! She has chubby little cheeks and a double chin lol
May 15: OB Visit all is well
May 29: OB and MFM, monthly U/S she now weighs 4 lb 2 oz and is measuring slightly behind.
June 12: OB appt-I'm measuring two weeks ahead all of a sudden. Now on weekly appts will have GBS test next Friday.
July 16: Born 11:46 pm 7 lb 2 oz 20.5 inches long. Mommy had to have emergency surgery to repair all of the tears from delivery and the episiotomy. I tore from hole to hole andtore my vaginalwall side upto and around my cervix and was hemorraging....the "20 minute surgery" took 2.5 hours. You are gorgeous baby!
July 19: Released from the hospital FINALLY! Gabrielle has mild Jaundice
July 20: First Pedi Appt 6lb 9 oz 20 in Jaundiced
July 21: Bilirubin Level 7.9 repeat in 5-7 days.
July 29: 6 lb 13 oz 20 in-no repeat Bili level jaundice improved, doc not worried about inadequate weight gain.
Aug 6: WIC appt Gabby still not to birth weight WIC has a heart attack about her weight gain but refused to give me formula until she's a month old!
Aug 11: First Social Smile...Pap's Bday! yay
Aug 13: WIC appt 8lb 4 oz 20.5 in they gave her full formula benefits
August 20: 9 lb 4.2 oz 21 inches tongue tie confirmed will likely need surgery at 6 months. Her eyes also turn in we'll need to watch this as she gets a bit older.
August 28: Diagnosed with Acid Reflux started on Pepcid 10 mg. 10 lb 5 oz
Aug 30: First giggle...she was giggling at her cousin Seth in the car!
September 6: Baptized with her cousin Seth
September 8: tongue tie surgery AMAZING!
September 11: 2 month check 11 lb 9 oz 22.5 inches. Doc said give her half of Pepcid to help with gassiness? not following those directions since puking has abated.
September 16: Started sleeping through the night on her 2 month birthday 8.5 hrs
September 18: Switched to Zantac yay and shots but no Rotavirus (back ordered) First Oley Fair. 35th percentile for head, 50th for length, and 75th for weight. Mommy's concerned about the head size but doc said it's "proportional"
October 3: Rolling back to tummy for purpose/
October 5: First time I left my baby in someone elses care. She did well I cried!

Baptized twice in the dress Grammy made her! (stepdad couldn't figure out camera and deacon took pity on a hormonal mama!)
