Hmmm...I don't know how to explain it...the wheels turn side to side, but don't do a 360 like almost all strollers do. Does that make sense!? I am horrible at explaining things...  My Bertini has the same type of chassis and the turn radice sucks...you have to make super wide turns! But, it's a double and most doubles are like buses anyways, so there might not be much difference!
